Nichole Parker

Hello, I’m Nichole Parker, a Marriage & Family Therapist here at Complete Therapy Pinellas. I am also a qualified supervisor for post-graduate registered interns with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families work through their challenges.

I’m dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment. I believe that each client is the expert in their own life and capable of meaningful change with the right guidance. As the practice owner, I am highly collaborative with my team, and ensure that each client is fit with a therapist that meets their needs.

My Approach

I offer a unique and comforting approach to therapy, tailored to meet your specific needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I use a variety of methods to help you find solutions and achieve your goals. My therapeutic techniques include:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing):
- For processing and healing past traumas.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
- To help manage emotions and improve coping skills.

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
- For developing psychological flexibility and aligning actions with your values.

Solution-Focused Therapy
- To address immediate concerns and build practical solutions.

Gottman Method
- Specially designed for couples to strengthen relationships and improve communication.

ADHD Assessment and Treatment
- Comprehensive evaluation and tailored treatment plans for managing ADHD symptoms.

Specialties and Expertise

I specialize in a variety of areas, including:
Family Conflict, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Trauma and PTSD

Additionally, I have expertise in:
ADHD, Anger Management, Autism, Behavioral Issues, Depression, Divorce, LGBTQ+ Support, Parenting, and Stress Management.

My Commitment to You

My goal is to make you feel welcomed and safe in our sessions. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments to fit your needs. I prefer to get to know you thoroughly to make long-lasting improvements in your life. Therapy often starts with exploring your history and making small changes that bring quick relief, progressing to long-term goals as we move forward.

I’m proud to offer therapy services to first responders and their family members, have been working with this population consistently, and have completed additional training specific to these individuals and their needs.
